1. Eligibility 

• The promo is open to all official ByFina Franchise Managers and Franchise Dealers who are actively registered and in good standing within the promo period. 
• Employees of Stream Nation Company, its affiliates, agencies, and their immediate family members (up to second degree) are not eligible to join. 

2. Promo Period 

• The promotional period runs from July to October 2025. 
• Monthly draws will be held at the end of each month. 
• The grand draw will be held on November 15, 2025. 

3. Earning Raffle Entries 

Participants can earn raffle entries through the following: 

• a. 1. New Recruit Bonus 

 All newly signed-up Franchise Dealers who purchase a Starter Kit worth at least ₱2,500 DGS in a single receipt (must include any of the new ptoduct of the month) will receive: 

• ✅ 2 Raffle Coupons 
• b.Monthly Personal Sales Bonus (for Existing Sellers) 
• ➡ Franchise Managers and Franchise Dealers who achieve a minimum of ₱2,500 DGS personal sales per month (with purchases including any of the new product of the month) will receive: 
• ✅ 1 Raffle Coupon per qualifying month 
• c.Group Sales Achievement Bonus (for Franchise Managers) 
• ➡ Franchise Managers who reach a total end-of-month group sales volume of ₱20,000 DGS or more will receive: 
• ✅ 5 Raffle Coupons 
  

Note: DGS refers to Distributor Gross Sales and must be validated through the system. 

4. Raffle Entry Validation 

• All qualified raffle entries will be digitally recorded and tagged to each participant’s account through ByFina’s internal tracking system. 
• Cut-off for monthly entries is at 11:59 PM on the last day of each calendar month. 
• Each valid raffle entry is eligible for multiple draws: 
• If an entry does not win in the monthly draw, it will remain eligible for succeeding monthly draws and the grand draw. 
• Therefore, the earlier you earn raffle entries, the greater your chances of winning throughout the campaign period. 
• Raffle entry codes or confirmations will be sent via SMS, email, or in-app notifications. 
• All entries will be included in the grand draw, regardless of previous draw outcomes, provided that the participant remains active and in good standing. 
• In case dealer or manager will win twice during the raffle draw – he or she is entitled only on one prize and it is the highest prize and will raffle again the lowest prize.
• In case of disputes or inconsistencies, ByFina reserves the right to verify records and audit sales before crediting raffle entries.

5. Draws and Prizes 

• Monthly draws will be held on the first Friday following each month’s end. 
• Winners will be notified via email, SMS, and announcement on ByFina’s official social media channels. 
• Prizes are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash unless otherwise stated. 

6. Claiming of Prizes 

• Winners must present a valid government-issued ID and sign an acknowledgment form. 
• Prizes must be claimed within 60 calendar days from the draw date. Unclaimed prizes shall be forfeited in favor of ByFina with prior approval. 
• For provincial winners, coordination will be made to arrange delivery or a designated claiming location. 
• The motorcycle prize winner must comply with LTO registration requirements and shoulder any additional expenses not covered by the prize (e.g., registration, insurance, transport if needed). 

7. Disqualification & Fraud 

• Any tampering, fraud, or abuse in the promo mechanics (e.g., fake sign-ups, falsified sales) will automatically disqualify the participant. 
• ByFina reserves the right to suspend, revoke, or audit accounts that show suspicious activity. 

8. Use of Name and Likeness 

• By joining the promo, winners agree to the use of their name, image, and testimonial for promotional and marketing purposes of ByFina without additional compensation. 

 9. Other Conditions 

• ByFina reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate the promo mechanics at any time.
