For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused products—unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Yes, as long as the product is unopened and in original condition. Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll help you with the exchange.
If you received a missing or wrong item in your order, please contact us immediately at customercare@byfina.com with the following details:
- A photo of the received items
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether through a refund, replacement, or adjustment.
If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately and provide you with options, such as a refund or the ability to wait for restocking. If you prefer, we can also offer you a suitable alternative. We do our best to keep stock updated, but we recommend ordering early to avoid any delays.
